The following applies to all meets associated with the Borders 4x4 Club.

Offroad 4x4 driving can be dangerous and I agree to abide by the rules of the Borders 4x4 Club. Participation at any club event is entirely at my own risk and I absolve the Club Administrators, Landowners, and other members acting on behalf of said Club, of liability in the event of an accident, damage or injury howsoever caused.
